Mint Rice

Mint is one of the oldest herbs that is grown all around the world. Mint (pudhina in tamil) is one of the oldest herbs that is grown all around the world. It helps soothing the digestive tract and easing the severity of stomach ache.

My husband is so fond of pudhina. So, I just pack this for his lunch box. Coriander leaves are added just to reduce the strong smell of mint. You can skip the coriander leaves if you don't like it to add or you can put only the coriander leaves instead of mint.

I recently watched a TV show Paati Vaithiyam and got to know that Mint aids in treating the ulcer and hair loss.
